I like best being able to respond in real time with supporters who want to know how their donation is helping our cause (as well as knowing which supporters have donated!). This makes it really easy for us! It sometimes gets too busy when all donations from everywhere come through at once but they do seem to be working hard to fix this so we can always count on them delivering what they promise - great customer service!! They also provide some free software that helps organize your campaign better than just using spreadsheets or an online donor management tool could alone. We use mode mostly because we think its easier to track where funds went compared to other services out there. New Mode is a great way to build your community. We've had many successes with New Mode. The team is great to work with, very responsive, and very easy to work with. We've also had some challenges, but those are rare. I would recommend New Mode to anyone looking to build their community. We've used New Mode to build our community, and we've had many successes.
