Didn't get all the parts. T-One trailer wiring harness #118517.

I received a T-One wiring harness with converter box. I did NOT receive a fuse holder, instructions, or the long 12 gauge wire used to connect the 12 volts to run the converter. Returning this item seems silly to me as I can make up for the defect at the auto parts store and get instructions on the Tow Ready website. Although I hate paying for what I don't get. Well, that's the internet market.
