Hooray! I don't get hit on the head anymore!
I used to wince when I had to open the trunk because the tailgate on my 2006 Pathfinder fell off in cold weather and wouldn't lift at all in the summer. Luckily I got bored, I bought these shelves and I'm very satisfied! Awesome, very easy to install on my car (I basically popped out the C-clip and popped out of the ball joint). I would definitely like to do that sooner. Note that I didn't have anyone to help me hold the tailgate open so I just installed an A-frame ladder. It worked perfectly.
