K&N makes great filters. I have owned many cars over the years and installed K&N in most of them. The ones with really noticeable performance gains are cars with narrower air intakes/boxes. However, I have found these filters to work well in every car or truck I have owned. I've noticed an increase in performance and my truck runs smoother, but that's probably due to the full Royal Purple synthetic oil change I did at the same time. I installed it. (It was MUCH overdue.) I have an old Land Rover. It's important to understand that some cars see performance gains etc from increased airflow and some don't. More air is not going to do your engine any good unless your intake and exhaust are designed or modified to work with it. However, this is a quality filter that you can use for a long time, clean and use again and again. I love her. Just think of claims. No modification will turn your car into a beast. Well, unless you throw an engine out of a box at her. ;)
