Review on Dexen Electronic Ignition Control Module 593 592 by David Norwood

Success! I had a mechanic last year who couldn't fix my 5 year old Heat n glo. Did he work when he wanted?! So another service call came in, but I figured maybe YouTube and Amazonid could throw a whirlwind before the $$ fix arrives, and if I fail, help is on the way :) My problem was not getting the intermittent check engine light could start, after a few hours it lights up? Eventually he flipped my switch so he turned it off. I thought I needed a new IPI kit (harder to replace) but kept reading the blogs and found out that a lot of people were changing the IPI, but the real problem was the ignition controller. I bought both parts compatible with my fp and made sure to return them if needed. I took a picture before disconnecting, FYI lots of cables?! This part was too easy to solve, finally fixed! happy to show my husband ;)!
