so far they have spilled twice and i have brown liquid on my kitchen floor. Sure, I eat a lot of fruit and veg, so most kitchen waste is pretty runny, but I don't like emptying the trash can twice a month, ugh. It still smells like a leak. I will be going back to using Hefty Steel bags for kitchen waste and repurposing them for other household uses. I'm sad because I really wanted to be as sustainable as possible, but not if that means I have litter leaks. To be fair, every other kitchen bag I've ever used has been phased out, with the exception of the Hefty Steel bags, which are made of much thicker plastic than most bags. These bags are also thick, but still leak.
