Review on iDispatch by Nick Kasilowski

I like how easy it was for our dispatcher when we were in need, they quickly got us connected! The only thing about this app would be maybe having some other options or categories besides just "dispatch" so you can have different ways/categories depending if its an emergency call ect.. It's great though!! We love using them as well because their customer service has been amazing too. Nothing really dislike but there are times where sometimes calls will come up not showing any info at all which makes your job harder trying figure out who called etc... But overall everything works fine :) They did get rid off one person from my department (which helped) however now another employee had no clue what shes doing either :( So thats why im giving such low ratings haha.
