I like how easy it was to set up, you don't need any special knowledge or training for this software! It's perfect if your looking at screening candidates in real time as well making sure no one gets through who shouldn't have access etc. The customer service is also great - very friendly staff always willing to help out when needed. Nothing really dislike but would love more options of what questions could be asked (like asking them where do they want us to send all future payments?). We are using the system mainly for background checks which helps our hiring department make better decisions quicker than before. Also makes things easier for HR departments too by providing instant feedback from applicants without having to call each person back individually first. This has helped cut down turnaround times between applying an applicant and getting results returned. Background checking allows me to ensure we aren't letting anyone into the building unless required. You will see benefits straight away as soon as someone applies online.
