This worked fine for running cables through my interior walls. Easy to assemble and I liked all the extras they included to secure the wires, it was well thought out. My only complaint is that parts can come loose and get lost (if you're in a dark attic like me). The end loop I used to secure the cable eventually came loose and was lost. I only give it one star for that, but I can still recommend it. Also note that this won't work on insulated exterior walls (if you're trying to run cables inside your home on an exterior wall), the insulation will be too tight. push through and break. That happened to me. I don't blame the product - it's my fault. Just a note.
