Great idea with TV accessory

I use it in our basement to rotate the TV 180° between the viewing position on the couch and the viewing position on the exercise bike. Works, but the bearings feel cheap and a little "sanded". I'll try Teflon grease. I wish the bearings were a little smoother as a lot of people put a very expensive TV on top.
