Review on UnderCover SwingCase Truck Bed Storage Box for 1999-2007 Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra 1500-3500: Driver's Side Convenience by Pete Hahn

A friend bought one of these for his new truck and I didn't give it much thought at the time. However, after adding a sun visor to my truck and now having a kid with a cradle permanently installed in the back seat, plus an 85 pound golden retriever who goes pretty much everywhere when we eat my back seat, reach the "truck" "Stuff" I had in plastic containers under the back seat became a problem because my truck (2006 Chevy 2500HD) requires the back seat to be folded forward to get completely under the seat. In my case, constantly raising the seat with the car seat and dog seat cover installed was a huge PITA, so I remembered my buddy showing me this swing cover. Its installation was extremely simple and easy. Six screws and you're done! Looks great and goes with many things. This is where I keep cable ties, bungee, tension belts and towballs, among other things. No more fiddling with stuff under the seat and he also got all the rattling things out of the cockpit which was nice too. I am definitely happy with the Swing Case and would recommend it. As another commenter mentioned and I want to reiterate as this was very helpful to me, IF YOU'RE TOWING A TRAILER AND HAVE A SIDE PLUG, YOU WILL NOT GET A DRIVER SIDE VERSION. I almost mistakenly ordered the driver side version but luckily saw the comment and ordered the passenger side version instead. On the driver's side one would jam my 5th wheel connector and that would mean I would have to remove the swingarm housing every time I tow, rendering it useless.
