I received this adapter, plugged it in and hooked it up to my projector. My computer recognized the projector and displayed the projector type, but I was not getting any output to the projector so it didn't show up. I contacted Morehead support after trying everything I knew. They asked and I sent them screenshots of display info, projector info, HDMI video settings and said everything worked fine but everything we tried didn't work. So they sent me a second adapter to make sure it wasn't an adapter. While they were shipping the second adapter I went into MS Windows and researched everything related to the HDMI graphics card and its settings. The second adapter connected and the same. I finally found that although the computer recognized the type and model of the projector, HDMI was not sending any output to the projector. I borrowed someone else's computer and tried the Morehead adapter and everything worked great. Now I need to fix my HDMI graphics card. I can't say enough about the Morehead support team as they went out of their way to help me resolve the issue.
