I bought this last minute for a party. The schedule says delivery will be the day after the party if I add the item to the cart. Well it arrived two days early - a very pleasant surprise. Claims to hold 10 plates - I simply put 16 in and they all heat up very, very well. It's thin and not bulky, making it easy to move out of the way to warm up plates and then easy to store away. It's really not an everyday item, but if you're serving a large crowd at a seated event, it's a great way to keep things warm while you serve food. The price is much more acceptable than any analog on the market.
