Pros: - easy to use - comes with good instructions - comes with a nice table of desired temperatures for different types of meat and how to cook them - seems to work well (no problem with its working - will update if so) - you can choose F or C - easy to clean Cons: - already included in the box which was strange considering it was packaged nicely and securely - uses batteries, none the usual battery types like AA or AAA (this is just a personal negative for me because I prefer rechargeable stuff)
