Very sharp and beautiful knife.

The main quality of a knife: does it cut well? The answer to this knife is an enthusiastic YES. The knife is very sharp, I cut a ripe tomato into 2 mm thick slices without any problems. Does it keep its sharpness for a long time? Can't tell yet as I've only been using it for 2 weeks, but so far it's held up its spiciness after slicing raw meat and fat (beef), tomatoes and other veggies. "Damask pattern" is very beautiful and looks very beautiful. I hope the knife will retain its sharpness and/or be easily sharpened in the future. Good value for money.
