At first I was very happy with these headphones. I bought them for their slim design but was very surprised that they have some noise canceling ability and that the sound quality was amazing considering the price range. I also really like that these headphones come in a portable travel case, which due to its small size really helps to avoid loss. However, after a month of use, I was frustrated with the touch control issues I was having with the earbuds and slight trouble connecting the earbuds via Bluetooth. However, the customer service was absolutely outstanding in helping me resolve my issues. What amazed me the most was what this company did to make sure I was happy with my purchase, which is pretty rare these days to be honest. So I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a new Bluetooth kit as I consider it to be one of the best out there at an affordable price.
