Review on TeluxHD by Mike Travers

I like how easy it was to use this software because you can do everything right from your phone or computer without having any problems with lag time! There wasn't anything i disliked about using telus HD all in one app but if there were something else then please let me know so we could improve our service!! The best thing by far has been being able to have my customer support agent look at things while also doing what they are suppose too be working insteadof them sitting behind their desk waiting till someone comes back up which takes forever.
