I am pleased with my purchase of a Samsung a50 phone since it met all of my expectations, I enjoyed using it, and I took the time to read customer reviews before making my purchase. After being used for a period of four months, the phone began to switch off by itself (the screen is black with the Samsung inscription), turned off, and hung in this position for a period of around ten minutes. This, of course, frightened me because there were no notifications sent, for instance concerning something that I had eaten; I just took it and turned it off. And such an unpleasant circumstance confronted me some five to seven times. It came as a surprise to me when I went to the store where warranties are sold and they told me that many people have such a problem (that is, many customers of the Samsung a50 have had to cope with such a problem). I was given the task of diagnosing and flashing the phone, which made me unhappy due to the fact that I had spent 120,000 on the phone and it had already been 4 months since I had purchased it. I consider this to be a significant drawback of this mobile device.
