I received this ice cream scoop in its original packaging and arrived in GREAT condition. If you are looking for an ice cream scoop then this is it. In the last week or so I have returned 2 scoops (expensive) not worth this pen. I take the time to truthfully state that this shovel has NO flaws (not writing a book). The shovel is very strong but not so heavy that it is uncomfortable to use. It cuts through hard-frozen ice with ease. It's a solid piece of stainless steel, except for the handle on the back. The picture is perfect for what you get. The most impressive thing about it for me is; It's all about plain brushed stainless steel. It has NO cover. Doesn't shine where it's coated for anything to chip or chip. Designed for cutting and scooping ice cream. Without writing a page I cannot say enough positive things about this product. This is the most profound and sincere review I have ever written. My biggest thought I'm trying to reveal is that you remember it. It is NOT sprayed or coated with chrome or any other shiny substance. This is just an awesome ice cutter and shovel for everyday use. It's made to be used. After my first use on hard frozen ice it doesn't break or bend. If he wanted to bend, he would. The price for this quality and usefulness is worth every penny. VERY FAIR PRICE. A NOTICE.
