My GC initially wanted nothing to do with it. I thought the pellets might be too big for her. I figured I'd just sit down and cut her open to make it a little easier for her. I noticed that Koko continued to look at me through the cage. I released her and the next thing I knew she flew over to me and started eating the pellets right out of the bowl. She's been eating them since she loved them. I tried the same method with their vegetables. nothing yet. 😂 Update. The second photo is in front of the second package I order. She couldn't wait to penetrate her.
