I had to return it. It was a waste of money as key features are just inaccurate making it useless. I've tested this multiple times using a thermometer and blood pressure cuff and heart rate tracker on one of our exercise machines - this machine didn't read anything alongside other specialized machines. Even the calibration they present does not make this instrument accurate. So it's useless in that regard, which is why I bought it. Turning the pages and reading with a flick of the wrist rarely worked. As others have reported, I got a rash from the band. The only features that really worked were the time (which comes from your smartphone), drink reminder, text summary and phone shutdown. The sleep tracker seemed questionable along with the step tracker. Being able to change the face of the phone was fun and the fact that this thing looked beautiful is the only reason I kept it for so long. Now this device lies in the drawer of the table. I have to spend more to get something really accurate. Subsequent research shows that this type of device is the least accurate method of measuring heart rate and blood pressure.
