Not only is the product NOT NEW as expected, it doesn't work and now I have $200 and a few bucks of fish that need to survive in cold water until I can Get a replacement after spending a lot on THIS one! *The update took a day and a half to fix itself and work, so I'll keep it, but I'm keeping the rating at 1 star because it took a long time to work and because it clearly isn't new and I paid a lot of money to get a used item.
