This is five star product, with the exception a couple of issues. One appears to be a designed issue and the other a manufacturing tolerance issue. First, on the plus side, it is very sturdy and holds dishes very well. A good buy IMHO. But I had to drop it a star due to the issues which I'll explain.First, a design issue. There is a plastic drip tray on the side to catch water dripping from the knife dry holders. This drip tray does NOT extend completely underneath the utensil drying cup. So as utensils drip dry (the cup has holes for this purpose), the drip misses the drip tray and land on the counter. This is purely bad design. It's easily fixed by placing a little catch tray or cup on the counter underneath the utensil drying cup. Not a big deal. But would have been a better product with a proper drip tray for the utensils.Second is a manufacturing tolerance issue. The weld points were off enough that the entire frame was slightly skewed. This resulted in the big drip tray holders being ever so slightly out of alignment that the trays themselves contort a very little bit when being inserted. Still fully functional. Also, the skewed frame results in the legs not all touching evenly on the countertop. This was fixed by unscrewing one leg so that it extended enough to cover the gap, but just barely. Another turn and it would come out completely.With my own improvised drip cup and the leg adjustment, it works as advertised. I'd buy it again.
