The assembly was a bit confusing at first but then it started to make sense. After screwing together the pieces, it was strong. But the plastic trays are flimsy and don't stay in well, shifting at the slightest touch and falling down when hit by dishes being crammed into the bottom rack. This is five star product, with the exception a couple of issues. One appears to be a designed issue and the other a manufacturing tolerance issue. The style is definitely unique. I use it every day but feel the utensil holder could've been designed differently. It drips all over my counter and I have to place a hand towel under it until it stops dripping. I haven't yet found a purpose for the rack on the left of the utensil holder. I really like the 2 tier system. The only down side is that the knife/ silverware falls off if you bump it and the little tray underneath does not stay in place AT ALL!

This one has everything I was looking for a dry dish rack, except it is little small for my family size.So it fits only for cups, bowls…., but not for big bowls.But I like that it’s easy to clean.

Love it. I'm able to put a lot of dishes on it. It's great for me because it's only a 2 person house hold in an apartment kitchen. If I need for extra space or have big pots that doesn't fit, I just use a towel. I've used a towel before so no problem still using one if needed. If there was one that was bigger, length wise, I would have purchased that one. This was an exciting buy for me. It saved alot of space in my kitchen by replacing my 2 previous plate organizers. I would have preferred it to have another utensils bin. It did require a second person to assemble it though point to note.

Bought this rack un Jan/22 I really like it, but it is starting to rust. In my pictures it looks dirty, I clean the rack every day at the end of the day and still looks dirty the next morning.I liked that it's a 2 tier and does save space, it is very sturdy and was very easy to assemble.The only problem is that it's getting rusty and that doesn't go with clean dishes.

Easy to put together. Cleaning is easy enough, but do make sure to dry it to prevent any rust on the edges of the screw holes or any places the finish coating gets scratched. It is a pretty durable coating, only have one scratch from a very jagged Knife. With the adjustable rubber feet it is very stable on the counter top. For the price, it is a good rack. With plates on the top it does need about 3ft of height.
