Broken pump is best for washing hands
I definitely appreciate that the soap bottles and my spares are packaged in such a way that they don't spill or burst in transit, but one had a broken pump and I had to use it a pump made from one of my recycled bottles. This isn't usually a problem but they have been shared with others and I had to give away a used one instead of a new one - and now I'm short of a pump in my stash to reuse.
