User friendly interface allows for quick data entry or access to information about an employee including current status of leave time requests etc. Lack of customization beyond ability to add user login/outcomes tracking can be problematic at times as well as limited amount that you may have stored in your main account file structure when downloading reports from outside accounts such as payroll (SAP). Also not all employees are able log into online platform using desktop devices (IE) only mobile phone versions of web platforms available - this is something which will need sorting out if the software continues growth with more users to come on board! Online system provides benefits over manual labor input / management staff to store records internally within a database but also allows easy viewing through the web link provided by organisation via browser when external systems need support eg pay applications. I like that it is integrated with our other systems so when we have an issue in one of them if can be easily resolved by someone else or myself without having to call tech support which saves time. It takes some getting used too but once you do its very easy to use! The ease of searching for employees. When doing payroll the ability to pull up all your employee information at any given point makes my life easier than pulling out paper print outs from files.
