Soapy water is good for shampoo and conditioner
The title of this review is no exaggeration. It's nothing but soapy water. This is the thinnest shampoo I've ever seen but still it actually lathers up decently if you use enough and it really cleans your hair. Unlikely I will buy again as there are many better less watery shampoos out there.
