On my 3rd glass. I bought for hair, hair felt thicker. However, I don't see faster growth. It mixes beautifully with cold water and I used both a shaker and blender. Not sure why people say it doesn't mix as mine mixes well in ice water. The taste is just ok. Not a rich flavor but maybe if I use milk. I only used water to save calories and didn't add any lactose. It tastes like any other protein powder mixed with water. I didn't notice any odd taste or smell, nor do I think it was too sweet to taste. I'm worried about the rising cost and I don't know how long I can afford to buy it. But if you are looking for high quality collagen I think this will work well and I recommend it.
