Agree with Carl R.'s review I purchased this from Best Buy along with Bluetooth headphones and this product has serious problems. It detects the devices but doesn't install the right drivers to communicate with them properly. It has a Broadcom chip, but Broadcom no longer offers driver downloads to support it. I'm using Windows 7. I've tried downloading every conceivable bluetooth driver under the sun but I'm still having this problem. In general, I spent a whole day trying to solve this problem. Avoid. Find another product.
