So I bought it from Best Buy. My wireless headphones and Xbox One controller connect fine, but only one at a time. When I plug both devices in at the same time, there is an awful popping sound in the headphones. As if it wouldn't make it. Very disappointed.

This device is not working. Period. It cannot be sold because it is useless. This will give you a driver loading headache for hours and it will never work anyway. If you can't get it working right away, just send it back, don't waste time. This is a terrible device. A suitable Bluetooth adapter works without any problems.

The packaging was very dirty, as if there was a sticker on it, and it was peeled off, and then thrown in a pile of dust. Overall quality feels flimsy like it's a loose construction. but it works with my 8bitdo controller on pc.

Agree with Carl R.'s review I purchased this from Best Buy along with Bluetooth headphones and this product has serious problems. It detects the devices but doesn't install the right drivers to communicate with them properly. It has a Broadcom chip, but Broadcom no longer offers driver downloads to support it.
