This service has made it incredibly simple for us to manage our telemarketing campaigns. Being able to automatically record every phone call means we don't miss any information during the call and can easily access it later on. It was also great to be able to script automated follow ups to contacts which saves so much time when speaking to potential customers.I've had nothing but positive experiences from them and would definitely recommend this service. I use Contact Pro hosted dialler everyday as part of my job. I work at a call centre where i'm one of only 3 contact reps who uses this tool. As you may imagine being able to automate calls via scripts is really important here, if not essential. I'd highly recommend contacting pro hosting dialler. They're extremely professional and friendly and always make sure your questions are answered quickly and clearly. Their customer service staff are brilliant too!

- You can easily export recordings to mp3 files or save them straight onto your computer
- It's easy to create multiple scripts to handle a large number of people and make sure you never lose track of any details of a conversation
- If you want to send calls to international numbers you'll have to pay extra
- You can do those yourself, but they cost money.
