Review on Predictly CX by Richard Alemayehu

I love how easy it is for team members to collaborate in real time without having to be physically together. The platform has an excellent analytics and reporting tools which allows us to see not only what our customers are saying but also their intent and motivation behind their feedback. It can get overwhelming when there are so many new updates being released. However, I do appreciate the constant communication from the support team (they are very helpful!). I highly recommend if you're considering using this tool, definitely go for it! I would like to help my colleagues by allowing them to understand how to best interact with customers.
