I bought this because my graphics card was overheating due to airflow. I posted it just below my card and it runs at 48-60c instead of 80+. I use a 12v connection for both to run the fans at maximum speed. I don't know why thermal paste is here as there is no way to attach it to anything. Overall, this is a pretty simple design that works for me. That's weird, the PCI slot bay should be 2 deep, not 1. The bracket screws onto 2 bays, but doesn't quite fit both. I had to reset one of my compartment covers. An upgrade idea would be a baffle to direct the air out of the area instead of just sucking it up. This pulls air from the same area as my PSU.
