Review on Kinesio Pre Cut Application Knee Tape by Ray Gist

Glad Kinesio has precut tape and instructions. I wasn't too keen on buying a whole roll and only using it a few times because I used the wrong length. The pre-cut strips are for knee support in general and not for specific knee issues. They stayed whole for 2-3 days before one of the strips came off. I wish Kinesio Tex Gold Tapes were precut as they last longer (one application lasted over a week). I bought two packs for the knee application. After searching the internet for information on how to bandage my particular knee problem, I used leftover packaging. However, before using it for the first time, read the instructions carefully. Also, make any adjustments before activating the sticky side. If you correct afterwards, the tape will be less effective and begin to peel off by the end of the first day.
