The tailgate stays arrived quickly and were exactly what I needed for my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. After reading some reviewers' comments about removing the screws, I paid special attention to the installation. I braced the tailgate with a 2x4 board and installed the bottom end screw first, just finger tight, then used a tool to tighten it fully. I then installed the screw on the top end and had to apply some upward force to the tailgate to allow the screw to start working even just by hand tightening. After launch, the top screw could also be fully tightened with a tool. The parts that came with it worked great. Thanks very much!
