The best but still doesn't justify the high cost
I inherited it so I didn't know about its high cost. This is the best remover I've ever used. Can't find it, although I've read it's been discontinued. I wouldn't pay $4-5 for a remover, especially since homemade formulations are cheap and take time to prepare. But that was the best.
