Quite expensive but considering my air conditioner cut out when it was over 40 degrees I was willing to pay money for a product that had such good reviews. My apartment is 900 square meters. Feet - I bought 2 of these and they keep my house cool and comfortable regardless of the temperature outside. I will say I kept both at 66 degrees and the one in the living room (open plan to cover the dining room and kitchen) was never turned off so it never got cool enough to function. Do it like this. The one in my large bedroom turned on and off when I kept the door closed, meaning it definitely falls to 66 there. They use a decent amount of power and I had to figure out what I can and can't use on the same switch - I usually only turn one off to dry my hair, so it doesn't really matter :) To be honest, remote controls are not needed in my opinion, but maybe someone will come in handy. They DEFINITELY take care of MUCH more than 215 square feet! Easy to assemble, but I had to use an extra kit for the living room window, so measure well. (FYI if you need an extension you should buy the full kit and for some stupid reason the 2 hole one costs less than the one with only one - not that you need that one part at all - all you need, is a small extension piece.. but that's what it is) I RECOMMEND!
