SHARK ROTATOR LIFT AWAY TRUE PET VACUUM STOPS WORKING AFTER JUST 4 MONTHS AND 24 DAYS OF SIMPLE USE.

Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away TruePet Upright Vacuum Cleaner, Bordeaux (NV752) UPDATE January 9, 2020 Upgrading my rating from one star to four. I would even give 4-1/2 stars. This vacuum would have gotten a solid five stars if I didn't have to return the first one I bought when it died on me in less than 5 months. Now I can definitely recommend this vacuum cleaner. I use it every day on the carpet in my house and every other day on my sofa, upholstered chairs and ottomans. My medium sized cat sheds hairs all over the place but this Shark Rotator True Pet vacuum picks them up in no time. UPDATE FEBRUARY 21, 2019 The replacement Shark rotator that Revain sent me is still working. I had no problems with that. This is a very good vacuum cleaner and I no longer regret buying it. UPDATE APRIL 29, 2018: I'm so glad I ordered this vacuum from Revain.com. After my Shark Rotator vacuum stopped working less than 5 months after purchase, Shark Ninja's customer service rep demanded that I pay them to ship a new motor housing part. I wasn't very happy with it so I contacted Revain and a Revain customer service rep sent me another Shark Rotator and arranged for me to have my broken vacuum returned FREE. Without AMAZON I wouldn't have the extra money. I am grateful that AMAZON.COM supports the products sold on their site. AMAZON.COM customer service deserves a 5-star rating. This Shark Rotator stopped working after only 4 months and 24 days. I bought it from Amazon for $262.34, received it on December 2nd, 2017 and it died on April 26th, 2018. I have a small apartment and a medium haired cat, so this shark was NOT used extensively or even daily. This was meant to be a replacement for the Bissell Cleanview Helix which I have had for over 10 years and STILL worked when I gave it away. The only problem with the Bissell was that it was too big to walk around and put under some of my furniture. I called Shark customer service and they told me I would have to pay to replace part of the motor housing. Why would a customer pay for a vacuum that will break down in less than 5 months? SHARK CLEAN clearly doesn't stand behind its vacuum cleaners. I regret buying this Shark vacuum and would not recommend it to anyone.
