I have to say up front that I've never owned a brand new vacuum cleaner. I had used ones, good and bad, that I kept repairing, but the time had come. The first thing that struck me was how quiet the Shark is. Cute! The suction power is way better than the best I've had in the past. It's worth buying! I needed to replace my old vacuum cleaner which was over 20 years old and weighed a ton. I didn't want to spend $500 on a vacuum cleaner, so I asked my friends to leave reviews.
