Worked perfectly in my 2005 Chrysler T&C. Supplied with replaceable filter neck seal and cork seal. Make sure the old o-ring comes out with the old filter, or reach in and remove it. The factory seal was just RTV silicone that had to be scraped off the oil pan and transmission, making the oil pan difficult to pry off. You can use a thin layer of RTV silicone to attach the gasket to the pan and a thin layer on the other side to create a good seal. Do not overtighten the cork gasket. Try tightening the nut to about 5 ft-lbs and apply a little RTV to the threads of the bolts to hold (e.g. tighten) them.
