This is the second NetReset device that I have purchased. I have one at my winter home (Florida) and a second at my summer home (Rhode Island). I'm in Florida during the winter and this unit seems to be working fine. Last week my son installed the device in Rhode Island because I kept losing my wifi connection. It resets daily at 00:30. Rebooted on the first day and no longer connected. 24 hours later it reconnected, as did 48 hours later. This morning after the reset there is no connection. I don't understand why it resets fine some days and not others. I also don't understand why one device works well in Florida and another does not in Rhode Island. Further observations show that the WLAN does not turn on every day, but every other day. So I have a WiFi signal on even days, but not on odd days. I contacted the seller over a week ago and received no reply. Looks like I'll have to return the block.
