Review on Prois by Barton Perez

An unsatisfactory experience overall with Prois's online buying options

I consider myself an authority in shopping online, and I have to say that I was let down by my most recent transaction with Prois. Their shoes are of excellent quality and are ideally suited for jogging or hiking on trails; nevertheless, their online store leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service and selection. To begin, the website's structure is difficult to understand, making it difficult to navigate. It took me longer than it should have to discover the shoes I wanted, and even after I did, the product descriptions were confusing. Second, the process of checking out was quite aggravating. Because of this, I had to repeatedly refresh the page before I could finish making my order because the website kept freezing up on me. When I was eventually able to finish the order, I discovered that I had been charged twice, and it took customer care several days to figure out how to fix the problem. Last but not least, the shipment was sluggish, and the shoes did not arrive as initially promised. Despite the fact that I am aware that holdups are sometimes unavoidable, I was frustrated that Prois did not keep me updated regarding the progress of my order. Even if Prois is able to consistently make high-quality footwear, the quality of their online store remains unacceptable. In my capacity as an authority, I would recommend to prospective clients that they think about shopping elsewhere until these concerns are resolved.

Pros
  • Conveniently cozy attire that is perfectly suited for outdoor pursuits.
Cons
  • Expensive in comparison to the prices of other brands.
