Not a great picture of Charlie's collar when I woke him up to take a picture of his cute new bow tie. However, I absolutely cannot express more emphatically what a wonderful experience I had with this company! I ordered this adorable bow tie to complete my family! I am very satisfied with the collars I have ordered from this company in the past with no problems. Beautiful design, excellent materials and workmanship collars. Charlie started hanging around my house a few months ago. He was terribly skinny so I started feeding him and put a cage on the porch to protect him from the weather. I have other cats so I was hesitant to bring him into my home due to fleas or possible infections. Of course I fell in love and brought him home as a house cat. I immediately took him to the vet and ordered this cute collar and dog tag for him. Unfortunately, he kept losing his collar because the clasp wasn't strong enough. I contacted the company and the next day I had a replacement! I also asked them to donate the first collar to my local animal shelter to use as a photo prop to make the animal look more attractive to the potential owner and they immediately agreed! I have ordered other collars from this company and have had no problems. I would highly recommend this company and will be buying from them again!
