Good enough for most purposes
They look good and are well made, but remember that 5mm is about 3/16 inch. I really needed 1/4" to adequately support the shelves I build without having to add a bracket to each post. If you can cut, bend and drill flat bar you can make them for a fraction of the price , what I did.
