Review on Kohler 1034693 VF Replacement Part by Polo Bradley
Manufacturing defect
The handle is designed to move even when everything is tightened. The black inside leaves a small gap so the fit is not tight, poor design. I plan to try installing a small rubber washer to fill the gap. Seems like an easy fix, why can't they figure it out? Maybe come back if it doesn't work out.
