It's easy enough that my 10 year old can use it! I've been using this program since 1999 when we first started our business. We have used many different programs over the years but always come back to accudraw because it works so well with our clients needs (it also helps us keep track of payments). You cannot really go wrong if you're looking at doing your own accounting or keeping up in the real estate market as there are plenty of resources available online about how to get set-up correctly. The only other thing i dislike is that they do not update their website very often which makes finding answers harder sometimes than necessary. Just make sure you know what questions you need answered before purchasing anything else - otherwise it may be cheaper just to learn all aspects yourself rather then paying more money upfront for something you don't even fully understand yet. Keeping accurate records of projects/bonds along with monthly statements & payment.
