Although the Genie system and inserts work exceptionally well, cartridges are very difficult to swap out. By removing the strip from the plastic container and then gently tugging on the foil, you should end up tying a knot. Unfortunately, one or more cartridges in a pack "start" not at the end of the insert, but in the middle. This wastes the entire cartridge pulling out the liner to tie a knot. They need a better liner loading system so the end is always the easiest to start with.
