Excellent product! I love the automatic wand feature, it heats up quickly and the best part is you can't burn yourself! Unfortunately my hair is very long and heavy (to the waist) and I wanted to curl it all the way, unfortunately the heated wand section isn't long enough. I went through the 30 day return window because I waited to use it the day before the wedding and contacted customer service to explain the situation and they gave me a full refund. If you have medium or shorter hair, I highly recommend this product! Also, with that kind of customer service, I would definitely buy other products from them. They respond quickly and do a really good job of keeping their product with customer satisfaction.
