Took my 2009 Buick LaCrosse CX to the shop and was told I'd need the timing cover gasket replaced ($1400). The mechanic said I could try this stuff and it worked almost immediately. Been a couple weeks and the leak is completely gone with no sign of coolant loss and no sign of cloggage (the heat still works great). I added this stuff right after my cooling system was flushed, and I made sure to continuously run the heat at full blast for the first couple days after adding it. Will update if an issue arises.
