Review on 🚲 Bike Seat Suspension with Shock Absorber for Mountain Road Leisure Bicycles - Clear Scale, Max Load Capacity: 330 lbs by Robert Pearson

Difficult to install and adds a lot of height.

Warning, this will add about 3-3.5 inches to your seat height. That's about how much my seatpost was initially lengthened. My bike was a bit too big for me right from the start. But now, even with the seatpost all the way down, my saddle is still a little higher than I would like. My feet almost come off the pedals with every stroke. The worst thing is the seat clamp. Both he and the rails are perfectly smooth. There are no ribs for extra support. The cutouts in the clip are also slightly narrower than the rails, requiring you to use your full body weight to push/pull/twist/shake the seat in all directions while tightening the screw to peck loosen everything up and properly seat the rails in the clip .None of this was in the instructions, which were basically just poor quality photos. Not sure if the rear seat post in the photos is on accidentally or on purpose and nearly ran into the rails. First, it was difficult to put an Allen key in there. But now I'm constantly thinking about removing the yoke, so I'm not sure I can put all my weight on the seat. I originally bought it to get an edge on rough roads without trying many different saddles, but I didn't notice much of a difference/comfort. For the same price I probably should have just bought a saddle with integrated springs.
